Those Big Day Out flag banning organisers should be given a thousand cat'o'nine tails lashes.
Why? Well, my hand on the heart fellow Austrians, ain't it perfickly oblivious?
Prime Minister John Howard has called the move stupid and offensive, while Opposition Leader Kevin Rudd says it is "political correctness gone mad".
"The proposition that the display of the Australian flag should ever be banned anywhere in Australia is offensive to me and it will be to millions of Australians." the Prim Minister said.
Because those 'k'n' merde head organisers wot want to ban the Ostrayan flag from the Big Day Out have totally forgotten Slammin' Sammy Johnson's maxim, "Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel."
Be it on their own heads, and let their lashed blood run free we say.
